📍 Where We Deliver
We currently offer shipping and delivery within the United Arab Emirates, specifically to:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
We do not ship outside these cities at this time.
🚚 Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is ready, delivery usually takes:
- Same-day or next-day delivery within Dubai
- 1–2 business days for Abu Dhabi
Please note: Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the following day.
📦 Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local couriers to ensure your chocolate bars arrive fresh and intact. You’ll receive a notification once your order is out for delivery.
❄️ Handling Perishable Items
Our chocolate bars are handmade and temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
🛑 Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will reach out to reschedule. Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address to receive the order.
